Gond tribals

Here are some images of paintings by the Gond Tribals in Madhya Pradesh. Just a follow up on the czech surrealist artist Katerina and how her paintings look similar to these works as well. Gond Tribal Painting is done by Gondi people who live in parts of Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Chattisgarh, Andhra Pradesh & Orissa. These paintings like various other tribal art is done on the walls of the houses.
